The MBO Award recognizes companies that are creating opportunities for minority-owned businesses and/or
individuals and additionally demonstrate a strong philanthropic commitment to the Shreveport community.
We invest in our community by partnering with local trade schools, job reentry programs, and halfway houses to help people elevate their lives. We invest in our people through skill development and apprenticeship programs. We’re proud to be a multi-year partner with the Louisiana Workforce Commission’s Incumbent Worker Training Program.
