Module X Solutions Announces Acquisition of Magnum Shelters
MXS is excited to announce that it has acquired the business of Magnum Shelters effective July 1, 2018. With this combination, MXS has extended its product line and added to its customer list, order backlog, sales pipeline and leadership team. Magnum has specialized in manufacturing glass fiber reinforced concrete shelters for industrial, transportation and government use. Magnum was located less than 20 miles from MXS’ main facility, and our combined team is working to transition Magnum’s operations into MXS’ Shreveport facility.
